What is the Founding Member offer?
Basic is free for our first 100 providers until March 31, 2027. No card is needed to publish. One free listing per account and per phone number. When the offer ends, Basic is $29/month and you add a payment method to keep your listing active. If you don't, your listing is paused and you can reactivate it whenever you like. Payments are non-refundable.
Do customers pay to use the site?
No. Browsing, searching, and requesting quotes is completely free for customers.
What happens after the free trial?
Your card is charged automatically when the 14-day trial ends, then again each month, or each year on the annual plan, until you cancel. All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final, which is why we offer a 14-day free trial so you can try before you pay.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges 11 months for a full year of service, so you get 1 month free: $319 instead of $348 on Basic, $649 instead of $708 on Featured, and $979 instead of $1,068 on Pro.
How do service areas work?
You add the cities or counties you travel to. A city counts as 1 service area unit and a county counts as 3. Basic includes 3 units (3 cities or 1 county), Featured includes 6 (6 cities or 2 counties), and Pro is unlimited. A county listing appears in search for every city inside that county.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch between Basic, Featured and Pro whenever you like from your dashboard. The difference is prorated automatically, so you only pay for what you use. If you downgrade, you'll be asked to trim any areas, photos or categories over the new plan's limits first.
